CHNC challenge 367

Please welcome my first Design Team on CHNC

I've been running these challenges by myself for seven years. Having said goodbye to my monthly Christmas challenge blog, I invited people from that team to either join me on my Patterned Paper challenge blog or here.

I'm delighted to introduce these ladies - those of you who have been regularly contributing to the monthly blog will already be familiar with the wonderful festive crafting of these talented ladies:

Fiona

I work part-time in a well known chemist, which I've done for 22 years (I'm 42 now so it's been my only real job). I'm married to Rich, and we have two great kids, one of each, aged 8 and 14. We have one cat, aged 16, and one pup , aged 7 months. I make cards for pure enjoyment for family and friends. I've been making them for about eight years now. I don't really stick to one theme as I like trying all sorts, but if I had to pick a favourite, it would be colouring Mo Manning stamps, and making easel cards. I'm lucky enough to have my own little craft room so I can go and tuck myself away whenever time allows.

Helen

I've been making cards for many years and particularly enjoy stamping, working with digi stamps and colouring with Promarkers. I am employed by Abbeyfield working with older people as an Activities Coordinator. I'm lucky enough to design for Little Claire Designs, Pink Gem Designs, Imagine That Digis by Kris, Crafty Sentiments Designs, Digital Delights, All Dressed Up, Sunsational Stamps and Sheepski Designs I also teach regular card making workshops for Little Claire Designs.

Lisbeth

I'm Lisbeth, born on May 24, 1970 and have been married to Dirk 19j together we have 2 children.Hanne of 15j and 14j of Koen. We live in the beautiful province of Antwerp (Belgium) in the heart of the Kempen (Malle). With my daughter, I am very busy with crafts ex. card making, but also crafts.
We have one dog family together .If we also like hiking. I started with 3D maps, but the last time I actually scrap only. Christmas cards especially cherish most.

Myrna Sweet

I started cardmaking about 5 years ago when my friend introduced me to her Cricut Machine. Since then I discovered Pinterest and YouTube and I now I do it all - stamping, stenciling, die cutting, watercolouring, Copic markers, and multi-media. I live in Canada, I'm retired, I have no kids but have two puppy "furkids" (Taylor & Swiff - yes you read that correctly). Besides making cards, I love reading those trashy romance novels, photography and travel.

Susan Renshaw

I have been a crafter all my life - I enjoy all sorts of crafts but my current passion is paper crafting. At the moment I live in the UK but for the previous 17 years I have been an expat, living in Australia, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and India. Whilst overseas I always managed to find friends who also wanted to craft! Now back in England I spend a lot of time in my craft room. I like to play with different techniques, making both mainstream items and more left of centre projects. I use a lot of digi images but also like getting inky…and I love different folds, ATCs and fat pages! My intention every year is to make all my Christmas cards before I get to November – and every year I run late! I am hoping to catch up this year soon!!

Suze

Hello! My name is Suze and I live in New Zealand.
I have been card-making off and on for a number of years since a friend introduced me to rubber stamps although I now work mostly with digi stamps. My style is mainly CAS but I'm trying to learn new techniques. I first started blogging my cards in February 2012 so that I could enter some challenges. I initially started with mainly Christmas challenges to take the pressure off at the end of the year but have since found several others that have appealed to me. Since I live on the other side of the world, so many of the challenges are the opposite season to ours which certainly makes things interesting!

When you scroll down you'll see the lovely contribution of these ladies for this challenge.

A Happy New Year

Thank you for all your lovely entries for last week's challenge - such a lot of entries once again! Christmas is over now and we've started a new year  ... you might want to start making cards etc for next Christmas.   Perhaps you made some Christmas cards before Christmas, but didn't have time to blog them ... please add them to this week's challenge so we can all have a look.

Before I tell you about this week's challenge, I need to let you know the winner of challenge 366:
